Auction time!! Thank you all for being a part of our auctions! We have quite the
mix of items this go around. Lots of jewelry making and scrap jewelry crafting
lots, tools, garden items, boutique lotions and cleansers, TWO fold up mountain
bikes and so much more! Check back after the auction ends to see if you won
anything! Pick up is on Friday EVENING & Saturday. If you can’t pickup either of
those days, text or call us. No shows will incur a fee unless paid for by end of
pickup day. All items are in good shape but may contain some storage glitter
(dust)!

We clean, test, photograph, and describe ALL items to the best of our ability, but we are human.

email to answer any questions you may have, provide additional photos, etc.

We can ship---Basically, if it will fit in a large flat rate box it’s shippable---you pay exact
shipping cost

 Preview is Wednesday 5/14 from 4pm-6pm
 Pick up is Friday 5/16 4pm-7pm AND Saturday 5/17 9am-5pm
 Please bring your own packing materials and help to load for bulky and heavier
items.
 There is a 15% buyers premium, 3% discount on premium when paying cash. 
 All invoices will include sales tax unless exempt.
 Payment methods include cash, debit and most major credit cards. No checks
accepted. CASH ONLY IF TOTAL IS $10 OR LESS!
 Bidders who do not pay invoice by the end of pick up day are subject to losing
bidder privileges. Will add the 15% buyers fee to next auction total.
 All Items are “AS IS, WHERE IS “with NO GUARANTEE EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED!  It is the bidder’s responsibility to preview items to verify authenticity
and condition!!  ALL SALES ARE FINAL w/ NO RETURNS!!!
 All items must be picked up by the end of pick up day.  If you are unable to pay
and/or pickup on scheduled pickup day, you need to call 903-294-9936 PRIOR to
bidding and make proper arrangements or have someone pickup for you.
 Late fees are $5.00 per day for unpaid invoices.  We reserve the right to sell any
items not paid for at the end of pickup day and do NOT guarantee items will still
be available in the event of a late pickup.
 Any items paid for, but not picked up, will be held for 5 days only; After 5 days
merchandise will be considered abandoned and surrendered to the Auction
House to dispose of as we see fit.  NO REFUNDS for items will be given!!!

 Shipping is available for shippable items-basically if it fits in a manageable sized
box(think 12x12x12 or smaller) then we can ship. Buyer will pay actual USPS
shipping cost w/insurance up to $100. Any damaged items you will file the claim
with USPS. Invoice will be sent after actual shipping cost is added through
Paypal or Venmo. We will not take CC payments over the phone.

PICKUP DATES/TIMES: Friday May 16 from 4pm-7pm AND Saturday May 17 9am-5pm
A friendly reminder will receive a text to the number on file Saturday afternoon-If you don’t get
a text (letting you know you have items to pick up) then you may need to update your phone
number-No shows and No communication on close of day Saturday will result in forfeiting your
items and a fee assessed to future auctions. If you can’t pick up during stated times, you can
always pay using Venmo or CashApp and pick up later in the week. After one week your items
will be donated!
