Soft Close Auction:  Auction Starts to Close at 7pm at a rate of 3 items per minute.  If an item receives a bid in the last 5 minutes the item will go into extended bidding until no one places another bid.  Please make sure to bring HELP, packing materials, dollies and/or anything else you may need to pickup/move your items!!  Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no returns or refunds.  You will  be charged a 15% buyer's premium (12% if paying by Cash ) on your purchase. Taxes will also be added unless you bring your tax-exempt certificate for us to put on file.  

Preview:  Sunday, November 24th from 12noon - 3pm.
