**All items must be picked up within the window provided, if unable to pick up please contact me. **

Please make sure to bring help (ex: packing materials, dollies,
extra hands, etc.) or anything you may need to assist pick
up/move your items.

Everything is SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS with no returns or refunds.
You will be charged a 15% buyer’s premium (12% if paying with
Cash) on your purchase. Taxes will also be added unless you bring
your tax-exempt certificate for us to put on file.
Payment: Cash preferred or VENMO ONLY.
