SALE CLOSES FRIDAY August 16, beginning at 7pm. Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no returns or refunds.  This is CASH ONLY sale. No checks or cards accepted, and no shipping. You will automatically be charged a 12% buyer's premium on your purchase. Taxes will also be added unless you bring your tax-exempt certificate for us to put on file.       

PICKUP is SUNDAY, August 18 from 2pm-6pm and MONDAY, August 19 from 10am-4pm at 2979 East FM 1396 Ivanhoe, TX 75447. This sale is NOT at Mimi’s shop. There will be NO LATE PICKUPS. If you cannot pickup or have someone pickup for you IN IVANHOE, TX on one of these days, please do not bid! We will only be at this house at the dates/times listed. Bring your own boxes, paper, and HELP if you will need it. We cannot help you load and the furniture is HEAVY.
