Thank you all for making the drive for Part 1 of the Van Alstyne Farm Estate Sale!!! Due to the remote location of the estate, we have decided to move to our Warehouse location, 5211 Industrial Dr. Sherman, Tx 75092. All Future Sales Will be Held at This Location. We have a showroom with, one-of-a-Kind Items, which will not be on the auction.

Auction Start: Tuesday, 8/6/2024 @ 4pm

        Preview: Saturday, 8/10/2024 @ 1pm- 4pm

Soft Auction Close: Saturday, 8/10/2024 @ 7pm

*Auction starts to close at 7pm at a rate of 6 items per minute. *Bidding is extended if an item receives a bid in the last 5 minutes until no other bids are placed.

Pick Up: Sunday, 8/11/2024 @ 10 am – 7 pm & Monday, 8/12/2024 @ 11am -7pm

                                     **All items must be picked up within the window provided, if unable to pick up please contact me. **

 Thank you all for being a part of the auction!

 Please make sure to bring help (ex: packing materials, dollies, extra hands, etc.) or anything you may need to assist pick up/move your items.

 Everything is SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS with no returns or refunds. You will be charged a 15% buyer’s premium (12% if paying with Cash) on your purchase. Taxes will also be added unless you bring your tax-exempt certificate for us to put on file.

 Payment: Cash preferred or VENMO ONLY.
