We have moved the second part of the Ball Road Estate that we did back in June to the shop here in Tom Bean.  Most of the Items in this auction have been tested and work, we do however strongly encourage coming to preview.  The drones, airplanes, helicopters, bb guns, pellet guns, golfing gear, ect. were adult owned and taken care of.  A lot of the items still had there boxes and were stored in them.  Most of the golf balls are believed to be new, however the previous owner has made a line all the way around the ball w/ a black permanent marker to help with putting alignment.

Preview:  Sunday, August 11th from 12noon - 2pm.

Soft Close Auction:  Auction Starts to Close at 7pm at a rate of 6 items per minute.  If an item receives a bid in the last 5 minutes the item will go into extended bidding until no one places another bid.  Please make sure to bring HELP, packing materials, dollies and/or anything else you may need to pickup/move your items!!  Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no returns or refunds.  You will  be charged a 15% buyer's premium (12% if paying by Cash ) on your purchase. Taxes will also be added unless you bring your tax-exempt certificate for us to put on file.       

Pick Up:  Monday from 11am- 6pm.  If you can't pick up Monday, please call and make arrangements ahead of time. 

Payment:  Cash Preferred, Most credit accepted, VENMO, CashApp.  NO CHECKS!!!
