This is the second half of our last sale. There are tons of tools, as well as appliances and fixtures from the house.

PREVIEW is Wednesday, June 12 from 12pm-2pm at 713 S. Ricketts St. in Howe, TX.

SALE CLOSES WEDNESDAY, June 12, beginning at 7pm. Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no returns or refunds.  This is CASH ONLY sale. No checks or cards accepted, and no shipping. You will automatically be charged a 12% buyer's premium on your purchase. Taxes will also be added unless you bring your tax-exempt certificate for us to put on file.       

PICKUP is FRIDAY & SATURDAY, June 14-15 from 10am-4pm each day at 713 S. Ricketts St. in Howe, TX. The ONLY exception is if you are the winning bid on the outbuilding. Then you will need to call so we can arrange a date/time with the owners for pickup.

NOTICE THE ADDRESS

This sale is NOT at our usual place. There will be NO LATE PICKUPS. If you cannot pickup IN HOWE, TX on one of these days, please do not bid! We will only be at this house at the dates/times listed. Bring your own boxes, paper, and HELP if you will need it. We cannot help you load and some of this stuff is HEAVY.

• All invoices will include sales tax unless exempt.
• Payment methods include cash only!  No checks or cards accepted.
• Bidders who do not pay invoice by the end of pick up day are subject to losing bidder privileges.
• All Items are " AS IS, WHERE IS " with NO GUARANTEE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED!  It is the bidders responsibility to preview items to verify authenticity and  condition!!  ALL SALES ARE FINAL w/ NO RETURNS!!!
• All items must be picked up by the end of pick up day.  If you are unable to pay and/or pickup on scheduled pickup day, you need to call Kay 903-486-5828 or Vince 903-227-4069 PRIOR To Bidding and make proper arrangements or have someone pickup for you.
• Late fees are $5.00 per day for unpaid invoices.  We reserve the right to sell any items not paid for at the end of pickup day and do NOT guarantee items will still be available in the event of a late pickup.
• Any items paid for, but not picked up, will be held for 5 days only; After 5 days merchandise will be considered abandoned  and surrendered to the Auction House to dispose of as we see fit.  NO REFUNDS for items will be given!!!
