Preview, Pay and Pick Up @ 645 County Road 4875 Celeste, Tx 75423. (If you are coming through Leonard, you will be taking 69 South, first road on the left after passing Sonic is FM 272, take a LEFT, first dirt road on the right is CR 4875, take a RIGHT! 3^rd property on the left)

If you are coming North on 69 from the Celeste area, DO NOT take back way, it is not rocked & you will get stuck! PLEASE TAKE 69 TO FM 272!!!

Payment is due at pick up for your winning bids. All items are sold as is and we do not accept any returns or refunds. Items not picked up within 2 days of close of auction will be considered abandoned and relisted in our next auction. If you can’t pick up on the days we offer, please call me to make other arrangements!

Pick Up Dates & Time: Sunday March 3^rd 11:00 am-4:30 pm

• Please bring your own packing materials and help to load for bulky and heavier items.
• There is a 15% buyer's premium.  CASH, CASH APP or VENMO ONLY AUCTION! 
• All invoices will include sales tax unless exempt.
• Payment methods include cash or Venmo only. No checks accepted.
• Bidders who do not pay invoice by the end of pick up day are subject to losing bidder privileges.
• All Items are " AS IS, WHERE IS " with NO GUARANTEE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED!  It is the bidders responsibility to preview items to verify authenticity and  condition!!  ALL SALES ARE FINAL w/ NO RETURNS!!!
• All items must be picked up by the end of pick up day.  If you are unable to pay and/or pickup on scheduled pickup day, you need to call Jessica 214-649-4287 PRIOR To Bidding and make proper arrangements or have someone pickup for you.
• Late fees are $5.00 per day for unpaid invoices.  We reserve the right to sell any items not paid for at the end of pickup day and do NOT guarantee items will still be available in the event of a late pickup.
• Any items paid for, but not picked up, will be held for 5 days only; After 3 days merchandise will be considered abandoned  and surrendered to the Auction House to dispose of as we see fit.  NO REFUNDS for items will be given!!!
